About me

I am driven by a desire to support fellow adults in their journey towards healing and personal growth. My life experiences have shaped an empathetic approach fostering strong connections with clients as they navigate through challenging times.

Having experienced first-hand the transformative power of therapy, I am committed to providing a non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences. I believe in the inherent resilience of individuals and work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths and overcome obstacles.

Therapeutic interventions are shaped to meet the unique needs of each individual and will include person-centred therapy, mindfulness based approaches, compassion focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. Through active listening, empathy and unconditional positive regard my aim is to foster a therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect.

I recognise the importance of inclusivity and diversity, I’m dedicated to creating an environment that honours and validates the experience and identity of each individual.

Above all, I’m committed to empowering my clients to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. It is a privilege to walk alongside another on their journey towards self-discovery, healing and personal transformation.
